Mr. Ryan J. Ples serves as the Executive Vice President of Operations for First Down Mobile, LLC. Mr. Ples received his degree in B.A. Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland in the spring of 2008. Mr. Ples brings years of management experience while working in University Relations at the University of Maryland during his time as an undergraduate.
